At Layton Primary School we recognise that we are here to serve the community of Layton, but recognise that working with the community, we will be even more successful in growing great minds together.
There is so much support on offer in Layton and across Blackpool and we love to work with others in supporting our children and families in building community and helping one another to develop the 5Rs.
If you are looking for support for you and your family, the Blackpool Family Hubs are a great place to start:

At Layton Primary School, we are proud to maintain strong connections with St. Mark’s Church, fostering a supportive and enriching environment for our children. We invite Rev. Peter to join us in celebrating Easter, Harvest and Christmas, teaching the children about the Christian origins and values of these festivals. We appreciate the support that the church offers our children, particularly when preparing Year 6 in the transition to high school. This community collaboration helps to nurture values such as kindness, compassion, and respect, empowering our students to make a positive impact in both their faith communities and the wider world.
If this long list of fantastic support in our community is a little overwhelming, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with the Family Engagement Team, who will be more than happy to point you in the right direction and even attend with you.
